Infowars is big on pseudo-science hypocondry and the NWO attacking your vital fluids, in order to push supplements and all that shit, so a face mask is pretty on-brand. Alex flipflopped from Corona being an hoax, massively overblown, a deadly bioweapon or an imminent plague that the powers that be downplayed depending on what sounded the best to prey on his audience's fears. But since then the Trojan false flag narrative and kneejerk reaction to masks really solidified among his clients and milieu so he's rolling with that.
On several occasions he went to tell his own "that totally happened" Epic Tales of Personal Resistance where he stood up to Globalist grocery store employees mandating mask use all while in the same breath trying to plug the Infowars one ("Make a statement").
With how strident and performative he's been getting lately (The pictured "I can't breathe" campaign) I don't think he mentions that product anymore on the broadcast but I'm sure his store still lists it. Alex Jones is not really the type to let any bucks pass by. By and large, his listeners are oblivious to those glaring contradictions.
