Oh, I don't give a shit about the recession in the discussion: I'll agree with you that $30 is too expensive and that former IGN/Kindafunny dude is just dumb because he's living in L.A.. Anywhere outside of California, Seattle, NYC, etc. big cities: $30 for a movie ticket is fucking absurd. It's about $15 here for ONE during a non-matinee time, possibly $20.
Onward was $20 on Google Play (to rent was $15 IIRC?) back in June. $30 is just crazy, recession or not, for a 72-hour 24-hour-when-first-start-watching "rental" on your own pipe.
