In comparison, on the first day in office, Biden signed a stack of a dozen EO's to reverse about 75% of Trump's signature policies within 5 minutes of entering the oval office and appointed ~1000 government officials with a single ZOOM call to staff most of the federal government.
He also fired most controversial Trump appointees or made them resign.
