The 2080 super seems like the dud of the group. Faster than a 2080, but not too much faster.
The pricing difference is pretty crazy. Especially in Euro land.
The current line-up looks like this:
62% - 2070 (500 - 549)
75% - 2070 Super (529 - 599)
78% - 2080 (749 - 799)
up to 80% - 2070 Super OC models (599 - 649)
up to 84% - 2080 OC models (799 - 899)
86% - 2080 Super (799 - 899)
100% - 2080 Ti (1250 - 1500)
The 2070 Super pretty much runs everything well above 60 (sometimes 100) fps on 1440p.
Only the 2080 Ti can give you a consistent 60fps or higher at 4k on a single card and the 2080 Super is pretty much 'maxed out' as far as OC potential goes.
A 'cut down' 2080 Ti rebranded as the 2080 Super would've murdered everything in the < 999 bracket. But AMD literally has nothing to pit against Nvidia so they can hold onto that card if AMD comes up with anything faster than the 5700XT.
