but just wait till a belf warlock drains all your mana in a couple of seconds with their racial and drain mana.

Are you serious?  Mana tap at level 64 is 114 mana, has a 30 second cooldown, and invokes the global cooldown.

Doesn't it stack? I just knove I've seen it happen.

Stacks up to 3 times, then you use Arcane Torrent, which silences the target and you gain the mana from mana tap.

Damn it seems like my defense isn't doing much. Currently my rating is 2730, but it doesn't seem like I've improved. I was so hyped to get that badass shield yet I'm still losing lots of health against lv31-34 creeps. Ugh

My chest armor is highlighted because of how strong it is for that level. It has a higher def rating than many of the higher lv chest armors on the AH

PD do you have this quest yet?

http://thottbot.com/?qu=1791

Because you get a badass axe once you finish it.

Hm what kind of axe? That sight is kinda confusing, but I should be able to find him.

Also, I don't even have beserker stance yet. How do I get it?

You should have gotten berseker stance from trainer at level 30, then you get the quest and at the end you get: http://thottbot.com/?i=4187 or sword or hammer.  I'm not sure. I know I got the axe for another warrior before by doing the quests.

Been having fun ganking lowbies in Lakeshire and Duskwood at night after I'm done questing. Tonight they called in a lvl 60 paladin and me, another mage and a rogue (all lvl 42) took this newb out a few times. wtf, my 60 priest never would have let that happen.

I would love to see a video of you doing a dungeon/hard area alone, like say Stormgrade. Impossible.

I'll probalby wind up puttin that weapon on AH, although it's probably soulbound dammit

PD I'd suggest you go with a damage weapon when you solo and save the shield and 1h for dungeons. You take more damage minus the shield, but you kill faster as well, so it balances out when you're just soloing/grinding.

I actually take very little REAL damage while solo-ing since I crit so often and so hard.

:o

I remember you said you didn't do Gnomer; did you skip stuff like Black Fathom Deeps? Well then again BFD isn't that hard outside of the last parts. I'm assuming you didn't do Scarlet Monnesary?

I went there once with a group. The journey there was pretty cool, but like 5 minutes before we got there the group leader (who BEGGED us to go with him) declared he only had 30min left. Why the fuck would anyone do an instance if they knew they didn't have a lot of time? Anyway once we got there we saw like two groups of Horde at the summon stone :lol

They killed us with ease. Once we got into the SM we didn't last long because of the Horde and elites. I'm not going back ever >:( :(

I did scarlet but never beat it and thats it haha. The PUGs I did find were kinda bad. Then again thats horde, bad at PVE, great at BG.

I did a lot of grinding and a TON of PVP back when it actually got you experience. Then I just sorta mucked around in higher level areas, but I never play enough to get an instance group going. I play maybe 2 hours at a time, 4 on rare occations.

Isn't Monastary in game?  Or they may have changed it.

The SM is the best!  One of the coolest instances of all time.  I love blasting through there with a 60 and just completely taking over the place.

I wonder what's cooler though, going through the stockades with two 70 mages just spamming arcane explosion, or going and soloing doan till ya get the illusion on like a 50 priest, hahah.

Today I hung out with a pretty cool paladin and we did a somewhat small quest together in the Arathi highlands. Later he invited me to a group and we did Stormgrade; it was my first time doing the giants in the lower area of the city. VERY good group. We finished the ogre quest in no time, but didn't have a chance to do the rest of Stormgrade after people started leaving. To make matters worse the horde showed up lol.

I was in Stormgrade for at least 40min without being bothered by horde, which was remarkable. They showed up at the last minute :(

I journeyed to horde territory for the first time yesterday. A long time ago I accepted this warrior quest that required me to go to Fray Island, located off the coast of the Barrens; finally decided to do it yesterday. For some reason I thought the barrens would be near the plaugelands in alliance territory, but after asking a lv60 paladin I realized it was on the other continent.

Took me forever to get there lol. Horde territory is very...different. And I couldn't help be amused that the Barrens looked like fucking Africa, giraffes and all. Does this mean the orcs are supposed to be black people? :punch

Anyway I was happy that the Horde didn't fuck with me. The majority of players I saw were low levels, and I couldn't attack them (but they could attack me). A lv33 paladin gave me shit once, but other than that it was smooth sailing. And when I say sailing I mean it, because there was a LOT of swimming involved in getting to the island lol. I noticed I had to go all the way around certain parts of the Great Sea and Merchant Coast because a fatigue bar would show up whenever I entered dark waters. I didn't want to see what happened when that bar emptied lolz.

FINALLY I got to Fray Island and found the guy I was looking for: a warrior trainer. He gave me this challenge to beat a bunch of people in combat, and once I did I got Bezerker stance. BADASS. I haven't been able to use it yet, but it looks sweet.

Currently I have 24 talent points in arms and 2 in defense, but I really want to build up some points in fury now. I'm obviously primarily arms, but there are some key things in defense/fury that I need. For instance in defense there's this talent that allows you to keep a certain amount of rage after you switch stances. Very important imo, so I want to put as many points in that as possible.

My Druis is 54, romping through Winterspring.

I've learned two things about RPers.

1. To signify you are RP, you walk slow.  It's confusing at first, because you think they're an NPC, but no they are just RPers showing their slow walking RP pride.  This can be very frustrating if you happen to get an RPer in your group at Sunken Temple and they're slow walking means they can't keep up.

2. They refer to their level as their age. As in "Can you help me? This is tough at my young age of 11."

Having played on three different ones, there's really nothing better about a pvp server.  The hope is you go there to play with/against real pvp players or better pvpers, but all you get is the bad pvpers who rely on ganking.

Do you mean it's the worst place because it's a known place where people get ganked or are you saying that it's a bad spot to gank if you want to gank?
What I meant was that if you are a pussy and cry when you get ganked it's the worst place for ganking. If you are like me and kill on sight then it's the best.

<3 my zinny.

sadly i didn't record any PVP videos with her just my guilds Rag kills. and now it's off to be a mage to annoy people in the 5 v 5 arena when i finally get to 70.

i'll post a video of me tanking rag back when it was actually cool in this old guild i used to run. Hopefully it will give you some inspiration to not only level your toon but a better understanding why the warrior is the best class in the game. Your whole guild looks up to you. you control the fights. Granted i don't know how this will play out in the BC because around the time AQ40 and Naxx came out the role of the "main tank" isn't what it used to be in MC/BWL. also shows why 40 man raiding in world of warcraft is the most intense gaming experience i've had in my 24 years of being a gamer.

People talk so much shit about wow, and how it's a waste of time, but they've never experienced the rush of leading 40 people to conquer something in a video game.

I need to start making more gold, I only have 120 at 56. Mining mats really are where the money is at.

Anyways, finally won Alterac Valley after about 11 tries.  I didn't expect to this time, because I was drunk and mostly screwing around for the first half of the match, playing hide and go seek with Horde.

I am still an aswesome healbot, even half assed.

I also got me idol of fercity on second BRD run.  I'm also glad I'll be able to skip most of these dungeons due to BC greens being generally better, because these long ass instances are the anti-fun.

It was very long yes. I thought it was going to be a quick loss, because there was only four of us on offense, but somehow the four of us got to frostwolf graveyard.  That part was actually funny. I managed to have IB gy npcs chase me towards frostwolf where I died, I rezed at frostwolf after someone on alliance had ninja'd it.  Then, not knowing this and being drunk, I walked right into the elite guards at the graveyard and they chased me back to the rez spot where a Paladin just rezed.  He grabbed their aggro, I healed him and he managed to kill most of them except one until our guards spawned at the flag and we dragged the elite npc to them.

But anyways, it was just a handful of us screwing around at the southern end until our defense actually turned all the horde back and came to help us on O and then it ended rather quickly after that.  It just took a long time for that to happen.
