I actually went to Starrrrrrrcade

It's in an arena that has a 13000 capacity, it had... maybe 6, 6.5k people at most in there. We sat across from the camera, and the side with the camera was basically empty, as was behind the entrance ramp/monitor obviously.
Biggest pops: Ric Flair, Becky, Rusev (I guess this has worked, bless up Vince's cvck porn addiction) and AJ Styles (he lives like 10 miles away)
Biggest heat: Corbin, the OC for fucking with Ric Flair, Lana and Lashley because there is no god and terrible things are rewarded I guess
There was a New Day vs Revival match that was advertised but didn't happen, which kinda sucked. Rest of the card:
Seth Rollins vs Erick "hey I got my first name back" Rowan: lol @ Seth jerking the curtain, he got a good initial pop and then most of the audience remembered they were supposed to boo him now, but he was wrestling Rowan, so there was really no heel/face dichotomy going on here. Not a good match.
The Artist Shinsuke Nak America vs Miz: Sami Zayn got some good cheap heat for coming out and making fun of GA rednecks, as you do. Match was ok, Nak America won with a kinshasa off a distraction.
KO Show: this was where the network televised portion started I believe. It was ok for what it was I guess. Owens is very good on the mic and Ric Flair is playing with house money at this point and enjoying his time on earth. Led to...
Street Profits vs OC: this was ok, like much of the rest of the night
Women's 4 way tag match: The best match (among only two and halfish legitimately good matches on the night). Was good to see Alexa back in action and taking a few bumps. Completely pig headed, objectifying ranking of the asses of the women in the match: Bayley>Alexa>Sasha>Becky>Asuka>Necky>Kairi>Charlotte. You could maybe flip Asuka and Becky, I dunno.
Lashley vs KO/Rusev post match attack/brawl: this was what it was. I took a piss break after the women's tag match when they started doing a recap. Sadly there was a lot of actual reaction to it in the crowd, which means Sami Zayn was right about WWE fans being awful.
After that there was a long, 20-30ish minute intermission. When we came back, we got a couple of unannounced matches in lieu of the New Day/Revival tag match.
Andrade vs Aleister Black: this was good but the first 5-7 minutes of it dragged, with Andrade doing a bunch of cowardly heel shit, and then rest holds. Got better in the last half as it moved toward the finish, which saw Black bounce back from heel shenanigans (his wife snuck in the ring and gave him a huricanrana at one point, guess she's sleeping on the couch tonight) and hit the Black Mass BAH GAWD FROM OUT OF NOWHERE to win. After, Zelina and Adrade got on the mic and ran the crowd down and she issued an open challenge to the back for a 2nd match, which led to...
Ricochet vs Andrade: this lasted like 2-3 minutes, Ricochet didn't even get his tank top off, but won with a recoil instead of crazy top rope flippy shit. THAT ANDRADE PUSH IS GONNA HAPPEN ANY DAY NOW I BET.
AJ Styles vs Randy Orton: this was the other legitimately good match from start to finish. Both guys were motivated and worked the crowd; it's weird seeing Orton work as a face or tweener, especially since AJ had a strong home town bias in favor of him, but I guess "cocky dick face/tweener" is a thing? Orton won a fun 12-15ish minute match because if you're in your home town, you're jobbing.
A LARGE DOG NAMED ROMAN REIGNS VS Baron Cosplay King Corbin of the North: This was eh. I'm not a huge fan of either guys ring work; Roman is ok and Corbin is pretty good when he's much bigger than his opponent imo, but this one didn't really do much for me. Roman won with a couple superman punches and a spear.
Paul Bunyan vs An Evil Murder Clown for the universal title in a BAH GAWD STEEL CAGE: this match sucked, was less than 10 minutes, Fiend mostly no sold Braun's offense and won by ramming Braun into the cage repeatedly and then escaping through the door. They've gotta figure out a different way to book Fiend matches because this shit is getting old and stupid pretty quick. After the match Braun hung around as they retracted the steel cage, and Gallows and Anderson came back out to make fun of him, so he beat them up and that was the show.

Forgot to say: Kabuki Warriors (ugh at that name, still) had a new entrance theme that finally wasn't a dumb, lazy mash-up of their two individual entrances, which was nice to see)
