Honestly, I'm happy for Quebec nationalism as long as its not separatism.  I don't necessarily think it also has to result in the xenophobia it has and stuff like Bill 21.  I think there is a way where you can have a strong national Quebec and still have strong unity, and with separatism being on a decline there, this might be a step towards that.  
There is also a big difference in that the BQ is fairly close to ideology on most things to the Libs, NDP, and Greens and Bill 21 is really only the major clash - right now, Quebec wants the same things as most of Canada.   That's a very different disunity than BQ was in the 90's.  With Alberta, they are clashing on what is probably the biggest issue for a majority of voters either way.
