If somebody asked me to design a caricature to illustrate why the entire world, including the rest of the UK, hates the English, I would just draw Boris Johnson.

He's a toff that behaves like a chav whose combined arrogance and ignorance often strays over the line into actual racism. He's completely oblivious to the actual place of Great Britain in the modern world pecking order and somehow believes that people look up to the English people just because a few centuries ago the English exported their culture all around the world while raping and pillaging for their own benefit.
