Epic win for Faroe.

Probably the worst night for Greek soccer. It isn't entirely Ranieri's fault because you can't expect someone lacking the insight Santos had (who has coached numerous Greek teams for years each) to yield results immediately. But obviously it ran deeper than that. We showed a hilariously bad image throughout the whole match, making 2-3 chances. Our once praiseworthy defense was in shambles, with no coordination or calmness throughout the whole match. It was like watching a bizarro version of the team. You'd think they'd be able to beat Faroe Islands WITHOUT  a fucking coach.

The blame mostly lies on the Hellenic football federation that can't regulate for shit. Domestic matches are postponed indefinitely due to an attack on a   former FIFA ref and the president left in the midst of it. Combine that with the international squad, and Greek soccer is looking pretty damn shameful right now.

Sturridge  out 6 weeks lol. Poor scousers :tocry

I had a chance to watch England and they looked pretty damn good, maybe Wumger will  try it with  Wilshere in a deeper role and let Ramsey have a go at CAM?

Henderson... :holeup

i've never rated henderson he's been horrible shocking garbage since the world cup. no surprise that as soon as he's dropped from the england squad, we can actually play football.

wilshere can play a hollywood pass or a little dink as good as any deep lying playmaker, but he doesn't have anything of the steel required to put the D in DM. wouldn't solve any of arsenal's problems. they need a bulldozer.

weirdly up for seeing carroll make an appearance against the toffees. every other centre half in the league seems to have forgotten how to defend the basics, and if there's anything that carroll excels at, it's the basics.

Sacramento making last preso to MLS for our team today.
Crossing fingers!

That being said teams are all about the season tickets and I can get why. But with a family it's really not an option for me. Schedules can be crazy and let alone the cost of several season tickets is prohibitive. The issue is with the current stadium it's so small that unless you have season tickets it almost impossible to even get in unless you go through a scalper.

Esch, when did you start to watch football?
I always watched the world cups when my schedule permitted as a kid. I think the first one I watched was... 02? The women's world cups were popular here back then too cuz we'd  actually win :lol

Round 2011/2 I started playing in my fraternity rec league at school as a left back. At the time i just wanted to add some cardio to the regime and dick around with my friends. My roommate and one of my best friends at the time was a liverpool diehard so I'd occasionally sit and watch Premier League on shitty FirstRowSports streams. I had little interest in it at the time (overwhelmed with classes). I only started really consistently watching club football and trying to understand the game  in the past year and a half since I finally got enough $$ to pay for BeIN and NBCSN got that powerful  league package deal.

Was mainly asking because I don't remember you posting much about football in the past and now you seem to have gone all in with different leagues and whatnot.

Lol @ Liverpool too

(Image removed from quote.)

Horrible game though from what I read (didnt watch). Nice to see Kishna do some good again, hope he can keep on delivering together with El Ghazi and Milik.

Still when all is said and done were 2nd and only trailing 2 points behind PSV while the team hasn't been in form all season so far. If they hit form after the winter break well be able to play CL again.

I really dont think Klopp is the right man. Look at how Dortmund is doing in the Bundesliga this season. Arsene should quit if he doesnt make the top 4 this year.

Tonight Ajax has to secure the 3rd place in the group, have little faith in their current form. Psg is playing for 1st place and missing 4 regulars.

09-10 with Ranieri was even better. I remember our unbeaten streak of 24 matches. :lawd

I'll be salty if we don't give Totti a fitting goodbye and win the league. Truly a once in a lifetime player.

To digress, where would Man City be without Aguero? In shambles for sure. The guy is sensational. He has the pace, positioning and composure to finish every single chance given to him. The mark of a legendary striker. Imagine he was in this form during the World Cup. Germany am cry.

aguero is probably my favourite player to watch on the planet right now. it's like he got tired of silva being laid out on his ass so decided to do all his work too.

with costa's star fading, silva returning and yaya's engine starting to rev, the title race is going to be way closer than anyone thought a week or two ago. especially if silva can step back into the form he had just as he was injured and aguero keeps his up. if he's injured for any extended period, city's season is done.

the narrative of fat frank the outcast denying mourinho a title is too perfect.

city continue to be the one big club that it's hard to dislike. maybe i'd feel different if they weren't so accommodating on their trip to the bo. here's to stoke doing us a favour and getting to smoke those CL spot cigarettes until the weekend.

:whoo Lampard's still got it. It's a bit sad that he's going to the MLS and someone like say, Gerrard isn't, he still clearly has something to offer at relatively high levels of competition.

bollocks is he off any time soon. you don't ship a player whose still got a big part to play in the outcome of a PL title to MLS, regardless of who promised who what.

at least when chelsea went new money they got that genius asshole mourinho to give them a style to run with.

chelsea's "i hold a top bracket season ticket but catch most games on my phone" supporter base is always going to elevate them to cunt team status. english man city supporters tend to be decent people, which isn't surprising when you share a city with the biggest cunt magnet of them all.

WaY to early to sing of Moyes redemption.

He should have never been appointed at Man U in the first place, no clue what they were thinking putting someone who never managed or played at a top side at the helm. He never looked at his place , always seemed lost.

Not saying he is a bad manager, just a horrible fit.
