This isn't some super secret information that only the chosen few should know. Generally when someone you know dies, you'd like to know how they died.
Sure. It's an awful way to go.
I was hoping he didn't suffer, but...
Yeah. Ruptured blood vessels in the body in general are fairly common, and they usually aren't fatal (including smaller ones in your lungs). It's more along the lines of where they
are, the cause, and which vessels are affected. Everything works together in your body and if something isn't right in one part, it can affect others in different ways. fwiw, this is a circumstance which is rare and sudden.
Even if what happened is a rare situation, best advice I can give is to go exercise at least an hour a day and eat six smaller portions throughout the day so you keep digesting stuff. See a doctor every few years to get bloodwork done. Don't smoke. Drink 'til your drunk but don't do it often. Have safe sex. If you feel like you're having issues with stress or your mental health, talk to someone about it, meditate/yoga, or get a referral for a mental health professional because that can definitely affect your physical health in the long-term. Basically, doing everything in moderation will help if you want to avoid some things which may affect you long-term.
