Navy Insiders Confirm Multinational Secret Space Program with bases throughout Solar System & Beyond

In the third instalment of a remarkable Earthfiles Youtube series on Antarctica, Emmy Award Winning Investigative Journalist, Linda Moulton Howe, has released more stunning video testimony from two anonymous Navy insiders/whistleblowers about a multinational coalition that has a secret space program with bases in Antarctica, on the Moon, Mars and even beyond our solar system.

In accord with their wishes, Howe has not disclosed their identities and has instead used the pseudonyms Spartan 1 and 2, and featured backlighting and voice altering technologies in their interviews. Howe has confirmed through official documentation they have supplied her that Spartan 1 served as a US Navy Seal from 1984 to 2004, when he retired with the rank of Commander. Spartan 2 served with the US Marine Corps (which falls under the Department of the Navy) and as an intelligence specialist from 1992 to 2016. 

In part 2 of Howe’s video series, Spartan 2 said that the multinational collation has had “a space fleet in existence for the last 25 years” [Timestamp 9:01]

This dates back to 1994,  just four years before the formal signing of the agreement establishing the International Space Station, and just three years after the formal dissolution of the Warsaw Pact and the Soviet Union.

Remarkably, this corroborates what secret space program insider Corey Goode has been publicly asserting since 2015. He was the first to reveal the existence of a multinational alliance that operates interstellar missions. Goode called this multinational alliance the “Global Galactic League of Nations”, and he claims to have visited one of their interstellar bases on an exomoon during his 20 year and back service (1987-2007).

Spartan 1 went on to explain the activities occurring at the secret moon base:

I think they’re training, and as far as where they go…. I know it’s many light years away. [Timestamp 8:02]

His statement that operations are conducted “many light years away” is very significant given Goode’s earlier claims of having visited an Exomoon in an unknown solar system run by the multinational alliance.


Also, Spartan 1 and 2 discussed portals, or stargate technology found in Antarctica. One of these portals is located in the vicinity of the Wilkes Land magnetic anomaly, which Spartan 1 elaborated on:

What I’ve heard is that it’s a portal. A portal takes you from one structure to another vessel outside of our atmosphere. Like an invisible elevator. This particular portal was underground inside a structure… It had a frame. It had hieroglyphics… The frame of this portal acted like a wormhole from point A to point B. [Timestamp 15:45]

He described the portal as very similar to the surface of a Moon Pool, where rather than moving through it into water, one walks through the vertically aligned portal. He described it as follows: “I’m sure you’ve seen the movie Stargate…. Exactly same thing except the frame is square.” [Timestamp 17:48].

Similarly, Emery Smith, a former US Air Force Surgical Assistant, says that he performed portal missions for a multinational corporate alliance, and described the portals as rectangle shaped.

DIA Confirms List of Exotic Propulsion Papers Corroborating Insider Testimony on Warp Drive & Wormhole Travel



On January 16, 2019, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) responded to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request and confirmed that a list of 38 papers examining exotic propulsion technologies is genuine. The FOIA request was made from the anti-secrecy group the Federation of American Scientists (FAS), which filed it on August 15, 2018 and later issued a website update describing the documents received from the DIA.

in a January 17 announcement, Steven Aftergood, who wrote the original FOIA request to the DIA, described what the DIA had provided: 

From 2007 to 2012, the DIA spent $22 million on the activity, formally known as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program… Yesterday, the DIA released a list of 38 research titles funded by the program, many of which are highly conjectural and well beyond the boundaries of current science, engineering — or military intelligence. One such title, “Traversable Wormholes, Stargates, and Negative Energy,” was prepared by Dr. Eric Davis, who has also written on “psychic teleportation.”

So far three of the papers on the 38 documents list have been leaked to the public. The first two were leaked by Corey Goode who was given the papers by a Washington DC insider, apparently within the DIA, who said they would help him open up the public to the truth of his secret space program testimony.

Goode described being given a number of documents, two of which were from the list of 38 that the DIA officially disclosed. Goode was told: “This series of unclassified DIA documents are said to be used to slowly “read in” certain people in the DOD/DIA to Special Access Programs.”


The DIA’s FOIA release has therefore provided important corroboration for a key aspect of Corey Goode’s testimony; that he was chosen as a conduit for information about secret space programs to be first revealed to the general public.

US Navy patent reveals plans for a pioneering flying machine capable of travelling at 'extreme speed' through water, air and even space.

The US Navy has been granted a patent for an advanced aircraft which resembles a flying saucer UFO.

Military inventors filed plans for a highly unusual flying machine which uses an ‘inertial mass reduction device’ to travel at ‘extreme speeds’. What that means is that the aircraft uses complex technology to reduce its mass and thereby lessen inertia (an object’s resistance to motion) so it can zoom along at high velocities.

The patent is highly complex and describes methods of reducing the mass of an aircraft using various techniques including the generation of gravity waves, which were first detected in 2016 after being produced when two black holes collided.

There are four known fundamental forces which control matter and, therefore, control energy. The four known forces are strong nuclear forces, weak nuclear forces, electromagnetic force, and gravitational force. In this hierarchy of forces, the electromagnetic force is perfectly positioned to be able to manipulate the other three.

A stationary electric charge gives rise to an electric (electrostatic) field, while a moving charge generates both an electric and a magnetic field (hence the electromagnetic field). Additionally, an accelerating charge induces electromagnetic radiation in the form of transverse waves, namely light.

Mathematically, as well as physically, electromagnetic field intensity can be represented as the product of electric field strength and magnetic field strength.

Electromagnetic fields act as carriers for both energy and momentum, thus interacting with physical entities at the most fundamental level.

Artificially generated high energy electromagnetic fields, such as those generated with a high energy electromagnetic field generator (HEEMFG), interact strongly with the vacuum energy state. The vacuum energy state can be described as an aggregate/collective state, comprised of the superposition of all quantum fields' fluctuations permeating the entire fabric of spacetime. High energy interaction with the vacuum energy state can give rise to emergent physical phenomena, such as force and matter fields' unification.

Matter, energy, and spacetime are all emergent constructs which arise out of the fundamental framework that is the vacuum energy state.

Everything that surrounds us, ourselves included, can be described as macroscopic collections of fluctuations, vibrations, and oscillations in quantum mechanical fields. Matter is confined energy, bound within fields, frozen in a quantum of time.

Moreover, the coupling of hyper-frequency gyrational (axial rotation) and hyper-frequency vibrational electrodynamics is conducive to a possible physical breakthrough in the utilization of the macroscopic quantum fluctuations vacuum plasma field (quantum vacuum plasma) as an energy source (or sink), which is an induced physical phenomenon.

The quantum vacuum plasma (QVP) is the electric glue of our plasma universe. The Casimir Effect, the Lamb Shift, and Spontaneous Emission, are specific confirmations of the existence of QVP.

The physical mechanism which drives this diminution in inertial mass is based on the negative pressure (hence repulsive gravity) exhibited by the polarized local vacuum energy state (local vacuum polarization being achieved by a coupling of accelerated high frequency vibration with accelerated high frequency axial rotation of an electrically charged system/object) in the close proximity of the system/object in question.

In other words, inertial mass reduction can be achieved via manipulation of quantum field fluctuations in the local vacuum energy state, in the immediate proximity of the object/system. Therefore it is possible to reduce a craft's inertia, that is, its resistance to motion/acceleration by polarizing the vacuum in the close proximity of the moving craft.

Polarization of the local vacuum is analogous to manipulation/modification of the local space tie topological lattice energy density. As a result, extreme speeds can be achieved.

A recent paper, by the inventor, published in the International Journal of Space Science and Engineering (Pais, S. C., Vol. 3, No. 1, 2015) considers the conditional possibility of superluminal craft propulsion in a Special Relativity framework. It is observed that under certain physical conditions, the singularity expressed by the relativistic stretch factor ‘gamma’ as the craft's speed (v) approaches the speed of light (c), is no longer present in the physical picture. This involves the instantaneous removal of energy-mass from the system (craft) when the craft's speed reaches (v=c/2).


     The artificial generation of gravity waves in the locality of the craft, can result in energy-mass removal (gravity waves are propagating fluctuations in gravitational fields, whose amplitude and frequency are a function of the motion of the masses involved).

In other words, it is possible to reduce a craft's inertia, that is, its resistance to motion/acceleration by polarizing the vacuum in the close proximity of the moving craft. As a result, extreme speeds can be achieved.

An artificially generated high energy/high frequency electromagnetic field (such as the fields an HEEMFG can produce) can fulfill all three conditions simultaneously (especially in an accelerated vibration/rotation mode), when strongly interacting with the local vacuum energy state. These interactions are induced by the coupling of hyper-frequency axial rotation (spin) and hyper-frequency vibration (harmonic oscillations/abrupt pulsations) of electrically charged systems (high energy electromagnetic field generators), placed on the outside of the craft in strategic locations.

In this manner, local vacuum polarization, namely the coherence of vacuum fluctuations within the immediate proximity of the craft's surface (outside vacuum boundary) is achieved, allowing for ‘smooth sailing’ through the negative pressure (repulsive gravity) of the ‘void’ (the void within the vacuum). It may be stated that the void ‘sucks in’ the craft.

For the mathematical formalism of inertial (and thus gravitational) mass reduction consider that in a published Physical Review Letter (December 1989), Hayasaka and Takeuchi report the anomalous weight reduction of gyroscopes for right rotations only.

The late Ben R. Rich, a UCLA School of Engineering alumnus (MS '50) who is known as the "Father of Stealth," is recognized as one of the best aircraft engineers in the world and led development of the heralded F-117 stealth fighter.

- The kicker was the last slide. It showed a black disk headed for space. Ben showed this and made the statement, "We now have the technology to take ET home". He made this statement in 1993, but did not say how long we have had this tech.

There was a Q&A after the lecture. In this Q&A, he told the engineers that it was now possible to travel to the stars. There was an error in the equations which was corrected. The time of travel is fast, but he didn't say how fast.

Ben said he believed that security was too oppressive and that the time had come to develop this technology in the commercial world now that the cold war has ended.
Months later he died of cancer.

Herodotus was not the only historian to describe the labyrinth of ancient Egypt. The massive temple complex was described by many classic authors, including Manetho Aegyptiaca (3 rd century BC), Diodorus Siculus (1 st century BC), Strabo (64 BC – 19 AD), Pliny (23 – 79 AD), and Pomponius Mela (c 43 AD), and at least two of whom claimed to have seen the labyrinth first-hand.

Divide and rule (from Latin divide et impera), or divide and conquer, in politics and sociology is gaining and maintaining power by breaking up larger concentrations of power into pieces that individually have less power than the one implementing the strategy.

Mark Levin: Have you ever been approached in an unusual way?

John Solomon: I'll tell you a story about a letter box which occurred at my home. It's seminal to the Russia story.

Sara and I had just begun working on what we call the NSA abuse story - the unmasking.

We had just gone on television on Sean Hannity that night about this sudden rise in unmaskings and I drove home, when I got to my mailbox in my car there was a blue sedan sitting outside the mailbox and there were two gentleman, clearly intelligence officers from the government.

They never identified their names and they stepped out and said "Mr Solomon we just saw you on the Sean Hannity show and we want to talk to you for a second. We can't tell you because what we know is mostly classified but we will tell you this: If you keep digging you will find out that the United States Intelligence Community was used for a political opposition research project and we are deeply concerned."

I said "Why are you concerned?"

"We need these tools, things like FISA, the NSA to capture bad guys and if we use it for political dirty work we won't have those tools for the next terrorists attack or the next spy shows up in town. We need you to find out what happened."

Thats all they told me. It's about 11:30pm at that time we finished the conversation and I ran in and wrote this long email about everything I can remember to Sara to her inbox at about 2 o'clock in the morning. She's still up, she responds right back (laughs). Thats how we got started into really understanding this is much bigger than just an unmasking scandal.

Mark Levin: How long ago was this?

John Solomon: March of 2017

Sara Carter: Yeah March 2017 because we had already been working on this story. I mean we were getting tipped off, saw what was happening to General Flynn.

I remember being approached by lets say federal law enforcement officers, who had told me: "You really need to dig in to what's happened to Lieutenant General Flynn. Apparently there's a lot been going on inside the FBI, look and Andrew McCabe, focus on some of these characters. It was the same this that happened to John.

I started focusing in and just taking a step back, saying what's going on. The more I started to investigate little by little we started peeling back what we call the onion, like the layers of the onion. It really felt like that.

So then I think it can't get much worse that this. It can't get much worse that this!

Mark Levin: Was General Flynn set up?

Sara Carter: I absolutely believe that general Flynn was a target from the very beginning.

Mark Levin: Because the Obama generals didn't like him. Is that correct?

John Solomon: There are a lot of powerful constituents in the intelligence community that like the status quo. He was talking about reorganising that I think he had a target on his back and the opportunity struck.

To answer the question if he was set up all you have to do is take James Comey's own comments at that seminar in New York. "We tricked him into being interviewed before he could get lawyers." What a statement to be made by the man who oversaw the FBI.

Sara Carter: They basically destroyed this mans life. There was a purpose for that. Because he had access to everything, this is a man who angered the CIA, that was head of the DIA, he had connections all over this town. He knew where the bodies were buried. He knew about Benghazi, he knew about all the operations and President Obama and his team early on knew they had to get this guy out of the way, and they had to get him out of the way quick.
