Uhhh so I don't know WTF the situation is here in terms of dual language, I'd like to pick up a physical copy here in Japan but I can't find anything saying if the game is a universal ROM this time around with all the voices/languages included?

eShop says it's Japanese-only- the American version also doesn't have Japanese listed as a support language.  Guessing they're trying to stop Japanese players from importing it for lower prices. 

They did a similar thing with Persona 4 Arena-  IIRC it was the only game ever released on PS3 that was actually region-locked to prevent importing.

US version has Japanese voice DLC that is free. JPN version probably does not have English dub track DLC.

Smt v is pretty fucking good but its not as atmospheric as smt iv so far but we'll see

Yeah-  It's as if they expected that everybody knew what it was when they showed it. They should have explained what it was or at least showed more of the game.

No idea- haven't played it,  but apparently it has some pretty strong themes in it.

I was really hyped for it in 2012 when I was a depressed college kid. I bought it at release and bounced off pretty quickly because it feels very RPG maker.

Omori isn't for everyone, but it somehow ended up cracking into my personal top 5 games ever, so I'll say if you jive with it you're in for a really good time. Someone who's been playing indie RPGs or Earthbound-alikes for years may not be as impressed and captivated as I was. I'm looking forward to double-dipping on Switch.

The soundtrack is pretty amazing, no matter how you fall on the game. I shelled out extra on Steam for the 179-track download, and it's on Bandcamp. Toby Fox even contributed before Undertale was released (Omori started dev in 2013). The heavy piano emphasis in the game elevated my personal experience, and I'm learning to play some of the songs myself.



I almost have this one down, just need to perfect the timing and get more consistency for rolled chords.

Legacy of the Duelist - Link Evolution was on sale for $16 so I picked it up.

I was hesitant since it hasn't been updated in years and the real deal, Master Duel, is right around the corner... but I realized this is the same situation I was in a year ago with Monster Hunter. I was really needing some MH action bad and Rise was coming in March, but I bought a discounted GU in January to scratch the itch. I'm so glad I did, it let me relearn a lot before Rise came out and I was able to get past the poorer presentation pretty quickly.

Hoping I can similarly use Legacy to relearn the new mechanics and get ready in time for Master Duel, since I've been exclusively playing the Speed Duel format in Duel links for 3-4 years.

That doesn't mean anything-  'Character goods' get made of various IPs all the time.  Back when Street Fighter IV was the big new fighting game, a company released several Capcom figure statues of characters who didn't make it into that game or were from other games like Darkstalkers.  There's two new Darkstalkers figures that got listed recently but that doesn't mean a new game is coming.  I wish it did.  :'(

I really enjoyed Skies of Arcadia but I’ve given up hope on any kind of sequel or remaster, as most fans likely did after 2004. It didn’t even sell very well to begin with. The course on the Sonic racing game was very nice though. Skies of Arcadia was just too beautiful for this world

Would be nice to see it happen.  This was the last official word AFAIK, but this is from before the first game got ported.

Only thing I can pin my hope to is that Xeno 1 Definitive was the team's last release, so they're more familiar with that style at the moment, and maybe the critical reception to DE also communicated appreciation for that style.
