Gabbard's been pretty friendly towards Biden the whole time. IIRC she never directly attacked him for his Iraq War vote the way she did with Hillary etc. I saw multiple people make "Tulsi's running to be Biden's VP" comments of varying levels of seriousness before he faded in Iowa/NH.

This is surprising if you haven't been paying close attention or built up an idealized version of Tulsi in your head.
