There will be 0 issue with government regulating games as long as it is strictly to do with gambling/loot boxes. Just need to make sure there is no open ended language in the legislation that could lead to censorship of content, just purely be about the gambling aspect.

Well clearly the ESRB and the industry itself aren't going to do anything about. This is what government is suppose to do, so I don't see how it's a bad thing.
