I don't think they should limit it to black VAs alone, just a PoC, especially in ambiguous cases like this.

It’s a really tough situation that IMO everyone loses. There is no winner. IMO I think Israel’s heavy handed governing towards Palestinians is completely unjustified and illegal. But also Hamas who is backed by Iran, who would impose an Iranian style Islamic govetnment over Palestine that would limit freedom of speech, women education, burkas- those laws should also be illegal.

Being fair, the Yosuke anime in Netflix got a black Japanese actor to portray the character in the Japanese dub. Probably other factors could make it more difficult for Samurai Warriors (schedule, agency fees, etc) but is not impossible.
