Right, which gives credence to the "he was trying to hook up with someone on grindr" part. Screenshots aren't inherently trustworthy, so it's wise to tread carefully. If there's something to it, the story is not going to end at some rando's tweets.

I'm no expert, but legal wise, this seems like a bad attempt at a sting. Someone can be standing outside of their home for any number of reasons. Seems like it's much harder to prove intent here than if they had gotten him to go to a specific location.
