try taking up a sport, would suggest something like bjj, it sucks getting to know people at first, but it really helps long run, meeting new people and the rush of competition plus better health helps with depression.

How about taking up a solitary sport if you don't feel like dealing with people when you're feeling down? I started skateboarding a few months ago and it's been doing wonders for my mental health.

Had to call a vet to come for my cat (the male) who apparently had trouble to pee. It happened under a year ago and this time he has a... probe ? Have to find a vet to retrieve it tomorrow. They were supposed to move with my ex tomorrow but it will have to wait, at least for him. For the moment he's mostly just a bit groggy and vexed but I'm probably not gonna sleep a ton.
