Me: Uh...Yes...?
Rhonda Repetitive: Hi Pork, I got an email from you earlier this morning about if I need access to some former employees' email? Well I still do and it's important I still have access and blah blah blah blah--
Me: --No worries, we can always extend out access for you. It's fine- we usually follow-up every few months but if you'd prefer, I can extend it out further.
Rhonda Repetitive: Oh, great! Can you extend it by six months?
Me: Sure, will follow-up in June.
Rhonda Repetitive: Fanatastic! Because it's important I still have access and blah blah blah blah--
Me: --No problem, we will follow-up again in June.
Rhonda Repetitive: Thanks, bye!

Two minutes later she replies to the email I sent earlier in the day with the same mini-rant about needing access.

I reply that I have extended access for all of mailboxes she has access to.

She replies to this again saying she needs access for another six months.

I respond that yes, I just spoke with her and we have done this.

She replies yet again with the same thing.

I once got a customer patched through because she wanted help setting up a modem that wasn't supported by the ISP, because she bought one without wifi because she thought wifi caused her husband's cancer. As she was describing her experience going into an electronics store and waving the gauss meter she bought over different modems to try to find one with no reading, I thought "no-one I work with is going to actually believe this phone call happened". Then I stumbled across this article.

About 50 minutes. It sounds a lot but getting a twenty minute walk and reading for half an hour is a nice break from work and family-life responsibilities.

1 hour to 90 minutes to work. 90 minutes to 2 hours from work to home most days. Sometimes, it's 3 hours to get home. Those days suck.

It's a 15 - 20 minute drive plus a 5 - 10 minute walk.
So depending on traffic it's either 20 or 30 minutes.

Fastest I've managed is 14 minutes

But the traffic just keeps slowing down. My car measures the average speed and the slowest this year was 19 km/h which is roughly 6 mph.

2 hours - one hour each way if there is no traffic. But I live and work on complete opposites of one of the widest shitholes in the country, Houston. So there's always fucking traffic.
