Eh, I don’t think that comparison works, specifically in the identity politics sense.

the implication is that you feel negatively about yourself, self-doubt, distress etc. when referred to the wrong way, to the point that you might kill yourself
how does name calling not apply the same way? if it's rooted in the idea that "something is wrong with you, you're not normal, your body is different," how is dysphoria (if it is even truly felt) any different from a little person or someone with downs syndrome being called all sorts of disparaging names that highlight his "otherness" his whole life? and if that counts, why not any other sort of otherness, like being a nerd or fat or a fat nerd
and while saying these things is not nice, it's not a matter of human rights
even if you could develop a criteria that clearly separates the two, how could you make it a human right that anyone needs to speak about you any sort of way, or at all?
if I say boredfrom is great, she's the best, I deserve to be dragged into court for violating a human right?
