I think it's worth doing if you really really want to be a prosecutor or defense attorney or do pro bono work for the poor or something. If you have a burning passion for justice, go for it!
If you're just doing it to get a paycheck, it's not worth going to law school unless you are networked with people who will hook you up with a good job for sure when you are done. I sorta have that...sorta, but for me "good job" is going to be one that pays the bills. Probably 60k starting for the first few years until I can hopefully get to around six figures. Which will still be better off than my other law school grad friends who've either been out of work for 1-2 years since graduating and passing the bar or who've been working volunteer "I don't get paid" jobs because there's just no paid law jobs hiring in this economy.
Oh well, got 1 subject down today. 11 more left to become mad skilled in over the next 12 days or so before the test.
