Nintex, why were you lying? What were you trying to accomplish?
I'm not lying. I'm saying Iran didn't give up their nukes.

That's my take on the situation. We both haven't been to Iran to verify if their Nuclear program still exists or not so we could very well both be wrong. But I'd be surprised if I was.

Note that Nintex's current argument is that while he has literally no evidence whatsoever, he can make logical inferences based on his own deep understanding of the geopolitical situation.

The same Nintex who said that a substantive peace agreement with North Korea was already done or it would "make no sense" to have a meeting.

I must admit that it's quite suspicious that Iran has never invited me personally to inspect their nuclear program. What are they hiding? :thinking

After a couple decades of propaganda about Iran always being 18 months away from a bomb, you have to really be dedicated to being gullible to fall for it at this point. So congrats on that at least, Nintex.

oh no the immigrant invasion broke through the gate on the Mexico-Guatemala border, they're sending those Iranian nuclear weapons to me instead of having me come to them, i take back my offer to inspect them :brazilcry

Acquiring a nuclear weapon isn't exactly difficult if you have the capital necessary, the science isn't any kind of secret, the cost is just generally prohibitive if you didn't get in on the ground floor back in the day or nobody wants to help you out.

The world generally assumes Israel has nuclear weapons and that the Saudi's could essentially buy them whenever they wanted, for example, yet neither nation has incentive to fuck around about it publicly to get attention like the "Axis of Evil" has. Pakistan made their promise to match India's possession public while under sanctions and even that hasn't gone too terrible despite it meaning that three nuclear powers are having a continuous dispute over shitty territory.

Iran's lack of one has more to do with its reading of diplomatic signals that changed; Saddam and North Korea were pursuing them for ultimately illogical reasons so neither one had any incentive to just stop of their own accord. (Saddam just plain couldn't afford it after the Gulf War, he didn't control half his country and there were all these jerks looking in his buildings for one thing, it wasn't even an ideal form of WMD for his general murdering people purposes other than he wanted to be "first" among the Arabs.) Iran doesn't get anything out of pursuing it at all costs, especially to the point of giving up benefits, they already can fuck with Israel enough through their proxies nearby for way cheaper.

Khashoggi must be the first person ever to die in a fist fight in their own embassy.

Is Nintex dutch?

Because thats the fucking Dutch mentality.

I wont do the right thing as long as someone else is doing something bad. Every time I talk to Dutch people it boils down to this.

Or Dutch people opposing wind energy because it will ruin the view LOL.

Fucking cop outs.
I literally live in a coastal town that blocked the plans for wind energy because it would ruin the view from our beach.  :smug

Is being dumb physically painful?

Did you get diagnosed for mental distinguished mentally-challenged or doesnit fly under the radar because the rest is distinguished mentally-challenged too?

Part of the general public is blocking those ideas because they'll never supply enough power.
We could build a hydro plant, use even more solar panels and whatnot.

However the government and what we call 'the climate lobby' come up with plans that basically protect their own interests at the expense of citizens.
The only reason the big energy companies want those windmill parks is because...
1) They get EU subsidies
2) They get big tax breaks from the government for doing so

However, they never generate enough power, they pick the shittiest contractors they can find to build them and they're poorly maintained.
The energy companies instead buy more power cheaply from places like Russia and line their own pockets with the subsidies and tax incentives.

The best climate policy we had was 0 added taxes for electric and hybrid cars(which could end up anywhere between 5-7k in savings). But then Shell protested because gas stations would close down and people would lose jobs.
The government reversed the policy only to watch Shell replace their so called jobs with unmanned stations anyway.

Had they told Shell to go fuck themselves about 80% of all cars on the road would've been electric and/or hybrid by now.

RIP WTO
Quote
[...] several WTO members, including Canada, China, Mexico, Norway, Russia, Turkey, and the EU, have requested that the organization establish a dispute panel to review the United States’ new trade barriers. Washington’s defense has been quite clear: According to the national security clause, the WTO cannot “prevent any contracting party from taking any action which it considers necessary for the protection of its essential security interests,” and only the United States can decide what is required to protect those interests. As such, not only are its actions valid under WTO rules, but they are also, in fact, beyond review.

Things aren’t as complicated when it comes to Canada, China, Mexico, and the EU. WTO rules require that whenever one member country believes that another has violated its trading rights, it must bring the matter to the WTO Dispute Settlement Body. Only this body can authorize retaliation. Since these countries acted wholly unilaterally in retaliating to Trump’s gambit, there is no question that they broke the rules. Unsurprisingly, the United States has already formally asked the WTO for a review.

Of course, the United States hasn’t been as careful to keep on the right side of the law in every case. Following the steel and aluminum tariffs, by the end of September, the United States had imposed subsequent tariffs on imports from China worth $250 billion. (China, naturally, responded in kind.) This time, the president used U.S. law—Section 301 of Trade Act of 1974—to justify the decision. As a result of a 2000 case brought to the WTO by the EU, though, the WTO had already deemed trade restrictions imposed under this law invalid. As such, the United States is not even close to being in the legal clear this time, but it isn’t obvious that it will matter.

23 years and it didn't do anything except bully small countries in favor of larger ones. Oh well - at least the charade is over.

Yes.  I wouldn't be worried about them using them, more them selling them, materials or scientific knowledge.  Also what happens to them when the regime collapses?

You're more right than you realize. The people who are most interested in preventing Iran from having nuclear weapons are the ones most interested in regime change. Deproliferation policies are actually about damage control and intervention preparation.

It has been estimated that the construction of new wind energy parks in the north sea will kill 5% of all porpoises  :'(
That number is seen as 'acceptable' by the climate lobby. Which means of the 300k animals, at least 15k will die.
The sound from the wind energy parks will make them deaf and they heavily rely on communication and especially their hearing to navigate the seas.

Isn't it fucking annoying when libs from the states try and apply their REE REE logic and viewpoints to the rest of the world? Shouldn't that be a form of racism or something?

Look at that dumb fuck curly with absolutely no idea about the dynamics of the country simply touting the same bullshit party lines from the democrats in the States.
