I don't get it though, isn't $70 for game + 20 DLC characters uh...pretty damn conservative pricing compared to like every other fighting game where each DLC character is $4-6?

I mean it's bullshit that the game is going to have 20 DLC characters that probably are close to ready for launch anyhow, but the pricing honestly seems way better than I expected from Arc Sys. Their DLC characters for BB and stuff were not cheap at all.

Still probably not buying this one since it's sprite-rip city and hasn't shown anything particularly interesting that makes it stick out like MvC did compared to the base games I could just play on their own.

Yeah, that price isn't bad for what you're getting. But like Nacho said: With how they're advertising the game's DLC before the game has even launched anywhere in the world: Why isn't this stuff in the base game?

I can't wait for someone to hack the game and unlock them and find out they're all on the disc.

Finally bought the season 2 pass on PC and decided to fiddle around with some characters. Menat, brahs. She's pretty goddamn cool. I figured she was just a troll character based on how Bork was playing her that one night but she actually has good normals and dat Vtrigger is fantastic. I'm in love

Haven't played Tekken for a couple months, entered the local for giggles, then oopsed my way to winner's side grand finals before getting called on my shit.

They were live-streaming him earlier this morning and the chat was filled with people kind of not giving a shit and just asking for more 'legacy' characters to return until they started showing off some of his moves. He looks pretty cool although at this point I haven't played Tekken in months. Already playing DBZ less and am back on SFV.

FFXV arguably has the most boring character designs in the entire franchise, and Noctis as a character is also boring. Tifa from FFVII would be the perfect choice for a cameo appearance. She's a brawler, iconic character design, and she has huge knockers. Even Rikku would've been a better pick.

Yeah I'm surprised Noctis wasn't saved for Soul Calibur but what can you do? He looks cool enough so I'm interested. Tifa or Rikku would have been really awesome though. Maybe for Tekken 8 and the FF7 remake collab

We just had our latest regional tournament this past Saturday and it was a pretty good turn out. Over half the people that entered played DBFZ so that game is really strong locally. MVCI had five entries and everyone that played asked if we could just run UMVC3 next time instead, so I guess we'll do that.

It's probably gonna be some dumb Dork Souls thing and Gerald from Witcher. Actually, that would be a way to bring back the console exclusive guests: Bloodbore thing for PS, Gerald for Xbox, BOTW Link for Switch. 2B for all consoles.

Basically I want to play as Link again is what I'm getting at.

Yeah, it's kinda funny he has like more costumes than Akuma and Geese combined.

His gameplay style looks dope, though. But it feels like (with Versus 13/15 itself) that it's been forever since he was announced. I dunno, relativity theory I guess.
